it was a horrible idea to launch ME2 on PS3 at this point. Anybody who was a fan of the game already bought it months ago. And anybody like me who hasn't played it would just assume buy the $15 used copy for 360 or PC instead of a $50-60 ps3 copy.

It might do okay, since there's a probably a decent number of people who have a PS3 only and no gaming PC. Bioshock was released with a similar delay on the PS3 and it seems to have done fine. If it flops, though, it just means I'll be able to pick it up on cheap on Amazon faster.

Will be emailing them asking about the Collector's edition and if they'll add it to existing orders. ;)

Really love Amazon customer service, even if they say no, doesn't hurt to ask.

EDIT: Doesn't, damn. Oh well, they already charged my card, so not going to cancel my order.

I wonder if this credit can be applied if I already pre-ordered LBP2. Might have to toss amazon a call.

Really wish I could find a review of LBP2 that talked about how the Move controllers worked, if at all. It's marketed as "compatible" and so far that's meant "horribly tacked on so Sony can claim a larger Move library".

There is a demo of a couple levels on PSN. You might give that a try to see how it works.

Thanks, I ordered it. I liked the gameplay and visuals of the first game, though I did not like the building part of the game, and barely tried it.

In case anyone was curious you can A) receive both promotional credits if you pre-ordered both games and B) if either game was pre-ordered before the promotion started you can still get the credit.
