Just give me a intersection I can start crusing around from.

Do you think they will sell Shoji screens there? You know, those Japanese room separators. Wooden Panel, rice paper, yeah.

Take Hill St. north 2 blocks from Ceasar Chaves Ave. and you will be smack in the middle of Chinatown.

 
take 101. exit Alameda, go north. it is around Union Station and Oliveria Street.


but, I highly doubt you will be able to find a Shoji Screen there.

try Japan town, which is not far from there,
take 101, exit Alameda, go SOUTH. go pass 3rd street and turn right into a plaza. (NOT Honda Plaza, it is the other larger one) go to Mitsuwa supermarket. there's a shop that sell stuff like that next to it

Check Ebay.. there's a guy who sells shoji screens for a fairly decent price, and is in LA and doesn't mind local pickup. I'll be damned if I could find his info though. If I find it in my old mail I'll PM you.
