Waking up at 1a.m. to pee and then crawling back into a warm bed.

That pisses me off. While I agree with IW that it's better to wake up before you pee than after...i HATE having to get up to pee during the night. (of course, I'm rarely asleep by 0100 nowadays...usually somewhere between 0200 and 0300.)

some more I forgot:

looking up at the star filled sky at night. We had no light pollution where I lived. At night, unless the moon was out, it was pitch black. Looking up at the milkyway (arm of Orion) with millions of stars was an awe inspiring sight.

Sitting near the fireplace with a roaring fire going in the winter. Even my cat was there all sprawled out on the floor in front of it.

Being near, on, in water, or hanging at the beach.

Going to theatre with my wife.

The golf shot one, too.

Getting coffee at the bakery near me house.

When the kids and grand kids visit.
The quiet time when they aren't around.
When I get to cook what I want to cook and in a leisurely manner.
Chilling on the couch with my wife and my dog Chuy after the days is done.
Waking up cold in the middle of the night and snuggling into the wife and having her snuggle into me, and vice versa.
a cold beer after a hot days at work
Slipping into fresh sheets after a shower

The list can be so long.
