Little Things that really suck....

Leaving the gym, with my face covered in sweat, and walking into howling icy cold winds blowing directly on my face. It was like have the worlds worst ice cream headache on the outside of my head.

20 Degrees but feels like 8. 12-20mph icy winds.

Dress better? But don't feel too bad, I run outside nearly every morning with sub-freezing temperatures.

I was walking from the front door of the gym to my car, that shouldn't require a football helmet. 😉 It's not the temperature that was the issue, it was the icy cold wind hitting all the moisture on my face. The salt must have kept it from flash freezing. 😉
