The only way I found (it was so easy to find one method, and everyone struggled so I kept searching in vain for other methods) was posterize (default settings) in Microsoft Photo Editor (included with almost all versions of Microsoft Office).

I had to use a lot of photoshop with 15. I played with the color balance across the levels to get black spots out, then I noticed a reddish area that I worked on to get the final url. Again I don't know how I would have done some of those without photoshop

Oh, and don't copy and paste the image into photo editor like a noob. I didn't realize it was a .gif for a bit. Save it to disk, then do the above... Took me a bit.

I tried using the described method for #15. I have Office 2000, but cannot find the Microsoft Photo Editor anywhere. I do have photoshop, and tried messing with it in there, and can see where the text is faintly, but cannot get it clear enough to see what it says.

I cant get past #5 with my mac and internet explorer. Is this Windows specific ?

I did a replace color and chose the new color to be blue and clicked on the bottom area of the image (which turned the specks blue), but was able to see it anyhoo. Thanks

UGH I just bought my laptop and I don't have anything on here (That I know of) that can auto-correct #4. PM a hint?

Save to disk, open Paint or any other picture editor. Chose a non-white color and fill anywhere (if you are unlucky you may have to fill a couple of times, but it should be obvious by then).

just read it straight left to right, two rows worth. I'm not sure if this one had to be in all capitals or not. So you might want to try that. also.
