why doesn't it say what he'll be charged with?

Does it really matter? He is only 13, he will likely pull some community service do 6 months of probabtion then go back and kill more kitties

They don't give 13 year old's community service lol, specially not for killing non in-dangered animals. Child Labor laws come into practice.

I don't approve of it of course, but it really does not bother me. You people, if Saddam dropped cats off one of his palaces instead of killing people, there would be a 100% approval rating for war.

Its all right to kill people water under the bridge, but the kid who drops kittens should be crucified. Hah.

Don't really know what this has to do with Saddam or the war but I agree with you that the kid should be crucified 🙂

Whipping with a bamboo stick several times doesn't sound like such a cruel and unusual punishment anymore... if parents can't raise and discipline their children anymore, it's time for the rest of us to...

That is one area where the Third World countries are LIGHT YEARS ahead of the USA. Corporal Punishment of children should be legal here in the USA.

Child does something really bad like this? Whip his ass with that bamboo stick on National TV. Make sure all his friends see the tape. He won't do it again.

ps
Then beat his ass again two weeks later for good measure.

I agree

What's ironic to me is that everyone feels so bad for a kitty that was killed and says how terrible it is for any living creature to be tossed in the air and hurt and then you want to either toss a human being in the air, or bash in the kid's head with a shovel....doesn't make much sense (kind of like war protestors protesting for peace by causing riots and stoppping traffic). That being said I hate cats but never like to see this done to an animal as I love most animals like crazy. The kid should be taught and punished but people here can be so violent when trying to promote peace.

Heh, I wasn't being 100% serious. What I really think is that the government restricted parents too much, threatened them about spanking their children. So then a generation gap was created where kids are raised without discipline. But, the only parents that won't spank are the ones that are chicken of being caught and are genuinely good parents, or turned to verbal abuse instead which is even worse. So now we've got 3 modes of parents these days, 1. Don't spank, child is spoiled rotten 2. Don't spank, psychologically and emotionally beat them up 3. Parents that still get away with beating (not spanking) their kids without good reason

I would be in favor in whipping his butt on national tv, make that a standard for the next 5 years and give parents back their right to spank without fear of being prosecuted, while cracking down on the parents that still beat out of anger. That should set things back on track...

You do realize most of these people aren't serious about bashing the kid's face in or whatnot. They're just horrified by what the idiot kid did. Granted they want the kid punished greatly (Hell, I'm ok with bamboo across the back of his legs or ass or whatever and juvi time as well). Especially with the fact that he showed no remorse.

I was just thinking, whipping in front of national tv will only be reactive, a lot of kids will continue to be cruel idiots... maybe it's time for a proactive measure.

Erase their offspring from the gene pool.

And no, not talking about abortion. Whenever a person creates an offense against humanity, they should be given a warning first. Then, the 2nd offense they should have a testicle removed. Third offense, last testicle removed. Now they can't procreate. 3 strikes rule! Plus, since they have no testicles, their testerone levels will drop to almost zero so they might also lose the urge to be so cruel.

we should toss him up and let him land on the sidewalk see how he likes it. and make it the equlivent height that that kitten fell. it would be like tossing him out a 3 story window. stupid fvck.

Parents. Liberal media. Liberal education. Liberal government. The first one wouldn't be the case today if it weren't for the last three.

I'm sorry but everyone in this thread who thinks the kid deserves capital punishment because he killed 2 cats is a f*cking retard.
