Make sure you have DMA enabled in Windows Device Manager for this drive.

If you bought last week for $70 @ CC, couldn't you go back in this week and PM for $10 cheaper and still use the larger MIR that was out last week? Or is the purchase period for that MIR over? I've done this with RAM at CC in the past, but perhaps the MIR purchase period was mroe than one week.

each time the rebate was for sunday thru saturday, with no overlap so you could not do that pricematch thing.

but $20.00 for a lite-on 52x32x52 is better deal than $10.00 for a generic 52x24x52, i would much rather have a lite-on drive.

Generic? This same drive is $20 this week, last week, and $10 a month or two ago.
As mentioned, BB also has it for $20 now. I also got a 10% off BB coupon in the mail yesterday for Nov 7-10th, so I guess that would bring this deal down to $14.

I see the 20 $ rebate from CC is being sent to me soon. The 30$ rebate doesn't show up though. What is the process about getting the other 30$ that I Did send? Anyone else not have their 30$?

I called circuit city and they need the 30$ rebate number (it starts with a "Y") I believe. Does anyone have it so that I can receive my 30$ rebate. Much appreciated.
