Nice deal, thankfully they're giving Newegg some competition. Newegg's prices have been getting a little inflated lately, and hopefully Googlegear and Mwave can keep it up. This will go nice in my parent's system.

This sounds pricey compared to all $20-35 after MIR deals I've been seeing on the same drive. However, I've checked into all those deals (probably 10 of them posted since Dec 1) and they've all been dead from the beginning or impossible to get B&M deals. This might be the best WORKING deal available.

Dell has the Lite-On 52x/24x/52x retail drive for 55.75 shipped overnight but you gotta order it tonight ...it may last thur tomorrow too but I am not sure.

Dell also has the Lite-On 48x/24x/52x for $47.65 shipped overnight........the catch is you gotta buy $100 worth of stuff to get the free overnight shipping.

Thanks! That 52x is $61.76 shipped no MIR necessary (couldn't think of $40 worth of stuff I wanted to get the free overnight shipping). Not bad at all, I decided to order one.
