List your path of video card upgrades

Just kind of wondering how people have upgraded their cards through the years. Mine is not too long but here it is.

Geforce 3 ti 200 > Geforce 6800 128mb > 7800 gt > 8800 GTS 512mb

Geforce 6200le > 7800gs > 8800 gts 512mb > gtx280 > gtx295 > gtx580

Then i sold the gtx580 in favor of cash and a lower tdp card cause the 580 was overkill and now sitting on a old 9800gtx cause a gtx 560 ti of mine failed....hoping to fill the void with a 6970 2gb soon.

About to pop in a replacement tomorrow for this 9800gtx more then likely a 6770 for 1600x1200.

Friend of mine has my old 8800gts 512mb i bought the first week it came out and i loved that card so might trade the 9800gtx for her 8800gts 512mb for nostalgia/memory sake .:thumbsup:

Nvidia geforce 5600 > ATI 9800 PRO > Nvidia geforce 8800 GTS > ATI Radeon 4850 > ATI Radeon 4870 (The 4850 bluescreened no matter what so I gave up and switched to 4870 after switching to a second 4850 did not help) > AMD/ATI? 5870 which I still use.

Prior to these builds I used whatever my dad had in his 486 33 mhz machine. I do know he upgraded the video in it at least once for gaming purposes.
