Hey Deeko, I like Blink182, too.

In fact, an old friend of mine... a true punker from the old days who had a brother in a band called The Pink Lincolns (great band!) loves Blink, too.

You've just become a music controversy magnet is all!

;)

I don't like them. They just seem untalented and crappy to me. There's not much to their lyrics, the voice is annoying, and there's nothing to the music itself.. So musically what is there to Blink 182? Nothing at all! But I do understand how some people can like them though, I mean, I enjoy a lot of Green Day stuff, and they are no more talented (ok, maybe a little).

IMO bands like Goldfinger have far more talent, though. I don't care if you like Blink, but I don't, I think they suck. So you suck cuz you like them!!! Just kidding. ;)

I loved Blink 182 until my wife and I saw them live in Las Vegas about 6 months ago. I was really disappointed at how juvenile they acted on stage, but then again the average age was about 16, so maybe I was missing something (I'm 38 and my wife is 40). I think it was the first time I ever lost interest in a group because of a concert. I can't even play their CD without thinking of their stupid stage antics. :(

JSM I've often wondered if I should consider myself lucky or not that I never saw GG Allin live. Thanks for reminding me of him.
