1) Hire very good attorney
2) Hire two CPAs who compete with each other for accuracy
3) Hire another attorney to watch the CPAs
4) Hire Personal Investigator to tail all of the above.

do you tell the cpas that there's someone else competing against them?

Why a lawyer to watch the cpas? and why even watch them in the 1st place if they're competing against one another.

you serious about #4? WHY?

I don't know. You always hear about how lottery winners get taken. The PI is to record any interaction between the cpas and lawyers.

1) Pay off my debts and my families debts
2) Invest part of the money into trust funds, land, and a vacation for my family
3) Go back to school 🙂

.
4) donate the rest

One question, can you supress the information that you are a big lottery winner or does this information is public?

Assuming the 100 M is after taxes and lumped sum.

1. Invest 90%
2. Write/Update my Wills
3. Quit job

As for 10 M left. It will be spend on gifts, house, debt payment, etc. But these decision will take times and much thought.

1) Hire a CPA
2) Take a very nice vacation for a month with my wife and daughter, and maybe occasionally bring some friends/other family with us.
3) Live my life as I normally would have, just with better vacations and more fun

I like my job, and if I didn't have it, I'd be incredibly bored. You might argue that with $100m you could find lots of new things to do to keep you from getting bored, but there's no real meaning in it.

Further down the line would be to buy a nicer house in a better location (nothing too fancy or big, though), a few toys, maybe a new car (<$40k), and, of course, lots of charitable contributions. I've always wanted to do some work with a humanitarian group like Choice.

1. Throw huge party, all of you are invited

2. Move to remote, unpopulate area and blow things up.

3. Buy a bar in a sleazy waterfront resort and install myself & friends as the bar band.

head to Monte Carlo to deposit it...tax haven
disconnect my phone
head to a secluded beach and think about things

5) Hire therapist to cure paranoia?

No he is quite right, winning the lottery isn't all its jacked up to be. Things are much more complicated than just getting handed a butt load of money.

1) Find out where the ATOT server exists.
2) Buy a plane ticket there.
3) Pay as much as it takes to make someone unplug it for a few weeks.

1. Get my parents and friends something they've always wanted
2. Pay off any debts
3. Get a car
4. Get a house

I think I'd really want to stay in school too and not look like some loserish dropout.
