I make my own pizza, including the dough! Yeah baby! :)
I can also make crepes, but that's it. My repertoire is rather short... :(

I'm a guy, I can cook anything as long as fire or microwaves are involved. Stoves and ovens are women's territory, gas grills are men's work. Great with steaks, burgers, dogs, chicken and grilled fish.

Rice...

Actually though I can cook a lot of stuff, Chinese food and American food, less experience with the latter though...

I can cook . . . nothing!

Well, actually . . . I can boil rice, eggs . . . and anything with instructions on how to make them. I'm afraid they would turn out terrible if I do try making food from scratch using instructions, though. Occasionally I've made something but only 'cuz I was sooooooooooooooooo hungry that I made any crap I could without a name. My siblings occasionally thought they were good. So maybe I can cook, after all . . . just my own flavour.

recipe books are lame. measuring stuff is lame.
i have never measured anything while cooking and have always just eyeballed... then you taste, then you add some more... and go on from there.
cooking is really easy, i dont know what people are afraid of when cooking.

I do pretty much all the cooking for my wife and 3 kids.
Sometimes I use recipes, sometimes I just throw stuff together.
I use to make some pretty complicated stuff, but lately I don't have that much time, so I usually do fairly simple things.
I've been making Phad Thai about once a week lately from scratch. Well, OK, I didn't make the rice noodles myself.

Lots of things.

I'm thinking of making my own ravioli soon. Stuffed with feta cheese, spinach, and ground beef.

Mmmm....

Right now, give me a simple enough recipie and I can cook it. I haven't had enough experience yet to hard stuff.
