List the games, The Sins of the Solar Empire lifted music tracks from.

Here are two I recognized :

1. Imperium Galactica 2 Krahen theme

2. Rise of Nations.

The tracks sounded very similar. But very good ones nevertheless.

I doubt they're "lifted", lots of games use stock music and sound effects, just like movies do.

I see it with sounds all the time, but haven't seen it with music. I often hear some sound in a game that seems very familiar, and after I think back a bit I realize it's identical to something in another game from five years ago, sometimes used for an entirely different purpose.

one i hear a lot is the deer noise from ultima online in movies, its pretty weird.

Imperium Galactica is my favorite space strategy game of all time!

but music lifting isnt new, for instance Heroes of Might and Magic 4 lifted a song from the Anime "Juuni Kokki" (The Twelve Kingdoms). i bet they thought they were pretty damn sophisticated and that no one will notice.
