Well, yeah... being a total douche is a requirement for posting here. Isn't it in the forum rules?

I believe it is part of the supermodel girlfriend clause, which I think they rolled into the 7 figure yearly income rule as well.

Comparing bulk quantities to automobile parts, and a penchant for rodents emerging from HVAC equipment is still optional, though.

People who are Whistling while they're walking around in a store or other public places.

I do this, but I figured it just annoyed uptight individuals, so I keep doing it. I realize there are some places where whistling is inappropriate, but a conglomerated retail chain is definitely not one of those places.

Posting on the internet how excited and happy they are that someone shot and killed someone else, for reasons that did not lead to or indicate a life threatening situation - other than the interpretation (aka defense) of the shooter.

Not sure it sounds like being a douche, sounds like something my grandmother might do if I wasn't on guard watching her these days.

Oh I didn't mean she was a douche just that BillB2's post of the supermarket checkout line lady reminded me of the old lady at the pharmacy I encountered.

"Hey everyone, listen to these annoying sounds I can produce with my mouth!"

Douche detected 😛

People who drive around either with bright white/blue headlights or with their highbeams on (or their aftermarket super-bright headlights are set too high) or some combination of the above. Nothing says douchebag like blinding everyone else on the road. As someone who literally almost always has a migraine, they're practically crippling. I just straight up call the blue headlights douchebag-lights and people always immediately know what I'm talking about.

For me, it is a stress reliever when going in to a Home Depot and I am problem solving how I will accomplish real work. People bring their children in there, who run around with 10 foot long sticks of pipe and make annoying crying noises, but I don't proclaim them douches.

Maybe you should stick to the downtrodden retail establishments like Wal-Mart, Lowes and Bed Bath and Beyond. You won't have to hear us upbeat individualists and can make your shallow purchases in peace.

They tell you they are ignoring you in a forum one night then the next day send you a PM typed in all caps

🙄

Another thing is people who race to get in front of you in their car on a city street when it's obvious to anyone with eyes that the next stoplight is also backed up.

.....

So I am genuinely curious why registering for the Do Not Call list is bringing up such ire. Especially in OT where discussing politics (a side matter) are generally associated with douche behavior.
