Maybe I have my facts wrong, but I feel like Japan would have a lot more money to throw at us then India does at the moment. Especially with India having been affected by the tsunami which is sure to have cost them a shiny penny.

I just read about Castro's offer on CNN. They haven't received a response yet from the gov't: WTF. I understand having a grudge against the commies, but the US is just digging itself into a bigger hole in terms of international relations. Its time to suck up some of that pride Bush and do the RIGHT thing for your country for once :|
 
Woa wtf why isn't brazil donating something. And wtf is up will all these countries donating money when what the US really need is man power supplies? I guess its like picking out a gift, much easier to fork over the money mindlessly then to actually give some thought as to what the other person wants/needs.
