So I am trying to lose a bit of weight. I am male, 5'6, 150lbs. overall, a small frame, but belly is sticking out.
It is not urgent, and I"m not in too much of a hurry, but I like to start living healthier though. I have martial arts class, work, and other stuff, so I'm going to try to put in some sort of cardio and/or resistance band training at least 3 to 4 times a week. swimming if possible too.
On the diet side, do you guys have any thoughts on liquid diet? I thought about getting something as a meal replacement during lunch at work. any suggestions?
And what about those 'fat burning' pills? I"m not looking for a miracle. just something that can enhance what I am doing.
