He did some pretty amazing stuff with his body, I think there is a thread or two concerning him on ATOT. Anyhow, read up at the forums there or over at BodyBuilding.com

I am not the best person to give advice, heck I too still have some of stubborn love handles that will not go away. However, I have done quite a bit of research for myself and I think I am on track. Anyhow, check out those two places to get more info.

Lol,my fat might be stubborn but I'm Irish and I'm even more stubborn,the crap WILL come off!🙂

Today was leg day,there's something about doing weighted squats that makes me rather feisty😀

Adding lots of protein to your diet isn't going to hurt; make sure you don't go into ketosis.

As far as the cardio goes, just move move move. Treadmill is good, but try doing some sessions in the pool. Or get a jumprope, and mix up your workouts with that.

What's your BMI (if you know it), and your actual routine look like?
