Yah I agree although he beat the girl pretty brutaly he was 12
He didnt beat her brutally, he dropped her on her head and broke her neck, killing her. The defense team made him out to be a kid who just made a mistake, but what they didnt tell you or most of the public, was that he was warned several times previously NOT to do the exact wrestling move he used on the little girl. They also made him out to be a tard, meaning he didnt quite understand the implications of his actions. He knew right from wrong, he knew he wasnt supposed to do what he did...yet he did it anyways.
He deserves a longer sentence than what he got.
And hes damn lucky Im not the judge.
