I just remembered this story from a few years ago, and i'm glad he isn't going to have to spend the rest of his life in jail now.

Yah I agree although he beat the girl pretty brutaly he was 12

He didnt beat her brutally, he dropped her on her head and broke her neck, killing her. The defense team made him out to be a kid who just made a mistake, but what they didnt tell you or most of the public, was that he was warned several times previously NOT to do the exact wrestling move he used on the little girl. They also made him out to be a tard, meaning he didnt quite understand the implications of his actions. He knew right from wrong, he knew he wasnt supposed to do what he did...yet he did it anyways.

He deserves a longer sentence than what he got.
And hes damn lucky Im not the judge.

"Autopsy reports showed the girl was beaten to death, suffering a lacerated liver and at least 35 other injuries."

Does someone normally only get 3 years for second degree murder? That seems way lenient.

Ok...who warned him not to do the wrestling move that killed her? That doesn't seem to make any sense...
