Linux - win4lin, usb 2.0

Has anyone successfully patched in the win4lin 2.4.18 patch into a 2.4.19-pre/rc kernel? I need usb 2.0 support (which appears to be only functional in 2.4.19+) and win4lin support. Any suggestions or similar encounters?
 
Yeah, hunks fail, etc. I haven't manually gone through and applied the patch line by line for the sake of time. Hopefully the 2.4.19 kernel will be out soon.
