Linux Squid proxy Headers question ( anoynomus browsing )

Im using squid on a Linux VPS. This is my first build and i did pretty good just with basic research. I was able to configure my proxy to test as an Elite anoyanmous proxy. BUT im not sure thats a good thing because with denying some of the headers like forward and xforward. it makes it obvious that its a proxy.

Are there any other ways to setup the headers, to keep my home IP hidden but not make my proxy so obvious? so my goals would be, hide my home IP and not make it obvious on the other end that im using a proxy?

again im using squid and makign my canges in the squid.conf file, its in the main squid directory and has all the options # out. so you can have a look at the options if you like
