well, first of all, it's not guaranteed to still be in the temp folder when you reboot. you need to copy it to /lib/modules/`uname -r`/kernel/drivers/net (that's a ` which is on the same key as the tilde (~)

you should also run depmod -a

Could not find that Dir :(

Did that and deleted the .o in /etc/modules.conf and it works.
