I cant install linux because my only cd drive is a USB external. My bios doesnt "see" the drive. I can get into the console of mandrake 8.1 with a boot floppy but then it says ...no cd rom found..and i am at a dead end. Is there some way to install my USB drivers from floppy and if there is how and after i install them how would i utilize them so i can install linux from the CD-ROM ???
