Linux Driver Help!!!!!

One of my computers is a HP Pavilion 8490 (PIII 500) and I am using it for Linux, but I cannot get the audio to work. I has kind of a weird sound card in it which is the Riptide Audio/Modem Combo card. I cannot find Linux drivers for it and it would really be nice to have sound. Does anyone have any thoughts on this one or where I can obtain drivers?

Is the funky card Sound Blaster 16, etc. compatible? If it is, try using the SB drivers. Make sure you know what address/IRQ/etc. it's using. Or if you are running Redhat, try letting sndconfig pick a driver for you.
