Linux and Win2K together ?

Anyone had a problem with a Win2K PC with Linux as a DHCP server?

If I set Win2K to auto receive/detect IP no. from DHCP (from the Linux box) is says it's got the 'SAME NAME' ?!?!?

If however ... I physically assign an IP address on my Win2K ... then it's OK.
Any ideas?

All my other Windows 98 PC are fine (all have auto detect IP no. from DHCP)

i have no problem.

maybe you should go into the advance tcp/ip properties and turn off "register this computers address with DNS"
