LTT and Gamers Nexus in particular have taken the place of sites like Anandtech, HardOCP, Toms Hardware (etc) in providing actually useful PC hardware reviews. I fully support BOTH channels taking the bull by the horns here.
Steve/GN are my personal favorites but I mostly trust both sites reviews which to me is the most important thing.
