Linksys WRT54GS.. can I use it as a wireless range extender?

Would it be possible?

I would just very simply like to use it directly as a range extender, but a cheaper than-normal one.

I want to rebroadcast my signal from my original router, and let somewhere else that does not properly see my primary router, to see it via rebroadcasting from the wrt54gs..
