Linksys wireless setup help

I got two computers connected to linksys wireless router, one wired, one wireless
one with wireless is having problem connecting.
It sees the router but when I make the connection it first gets connected, then goes through renewing ip address then gets disconnected.
right now, no sercurity or ip filtering is turned on so should connect right up.
any help?

Try setting the wireless client configs to infrastructure mode only...not adhoc.

are you running windows XP? If so, make sure you turn of the wireless configuration...it is a beast!
