Linksys wireless DSL router Question

I have a linksys wireless dsl router and another computer with a Wireless PCI card, both the router and the pci card can see each other but I cannot get them to connect. If I do a "RE-SEARCH" on the PCI card the Network Connection will pop up with "CONNECTED" and then 2 seconds later will say "DISCONNECTED". Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening?
 
If you have the latest firmware, disable the encryption and make sure you have it in "Infrustructure" instead of "Adhoc"
