Linksys Routing

On my Linksys BEFSR41 I use DHCP for my computers and everything work fine. However, whenever I reboot and they get IP's reassigned, they often times boot in a different order. Is there a way that I can use some sort of static routing? I have tried the option in the Linksys router and I cannot seem to get it working. I would like for my PC's to have set IP's (192.168.x.x) so that I can indefinitely have my ports forward to an IP that is always my server. Do you know where I can look for this kind of information or does anyone have any information? Thanks!

Disable DHCP on the router and assign static IP addresses to each system. Since the router is 192.168.1.1, you could start with 192.168.1.2. The mask is 255.255.255.0 and the gateway is the same as the router address.

damn....didn't work...I tried exactly what you said...any other tips? Do I need to change anything else like wins...dns? Or the routing options on the actual router? Thanks!

Oh yeah, you'll need to enter the primary and secondary DNS for your ISP on each machine. Sorry, I forgot about that.
