i just installed the Linksys BEFSR41 4 port router. I got my DSL connected to it and going to two computers. the main computer (800mhz 256mb ram)is running without any lag at all, i basically saw no slowdown. But on the other side of the house i have my parents computer (300mhz 128ram) this computer is slow ass hell now, i cant even dowload anything. It browses sites kinda laggy, but when i try to download anything (movies, game patches, etc), it just seems to lock up, until i reopen IE. I still have the origional internal dsl modem on the older computer(i doubt this has anything to do with it.
Anyone have any suggestions? there has got to be a way to fix this...:disgust:
