Linksys LNE100TX and Ghost

I have been using Norton Ghost for a while now to make backup copies of my hard drives. i have multiple systems and drop the images on my server. when I am creating a ghost image from my Main system i can send at about 380MB/min (3Com 3C905C-TX). however, when I Creat an image from my other system (Linksys LNE100TX) i only get about 9MB/Min. My Switch (3Com Superstack II) says that it is connected at 100 Full Duplex, so i am guessing it is something with my boot disk setup. any ideas?
