Question Linksys EA6350-b4......no cloud account wanted

It was an impulse buy....then I suddenly remember the cloud account BS...anybody know if the router will operate fully without a cloud account on the EA6350v4 model?

If not, recommend a GOOD router that does not require cloud account signup to be used FULLY.

Basic List:
1. USB 3.0 port that can used for storage device
2. Dual Band (simultaneous)
3. VPN service
4. Gigabit ports
5. Guest SSID

Most of my devices are N or AC so I don't require AX yet.

1. Look for an earlier made router that does not need an account to setup and use. Many of the popular models from a2 years ago, get updated on new packaging but basically are the same inside and price is lower too.

2. Off brand routers from Far East.

3. From my research into buying mesh routers, all the ones I want to buy require you to setup an account.
