Linksys e4200v1 or e3200?

Looking for a new router, under $100. Both of these fit the bill in refurbished form. I'm under the impression that 4200v1 is an older version, so I'm not sure which is better, or even what the differences are? Any advice or suggestion for something under $100? My current router is made by microsoft so really old....
 
e4200v1 is an older version of e4200v2, thus it has nothing to do with e3000.

e4200v1 is still a superior Router to e3000, it has more RAM and better Antennae.

Would you see a difference?

It depends on your environment and the way you Network is working.

get the. e4200. It has been solid for me. my network speeds are amazing. I van stream 1080 almost anywhere in the house
