was wondering if anyone had any luck with this model. i'm looking to secure my computer/connection and this is a supposed good firewall?

are there betters for around the same price?

Pretty much all routers firewalls are the same. It uses NAT to act as your firewall.

If you want more customizable firewall...get the Linksys BEFSX41 (has DOS, mac filter, time of day blocking, etc....)
