Linksys BEFR41 (how to enable port to d/l in mIRC)?

am using Linksys BEFR41 and I can't download from mIRC what port should I open to do this? port that am open is 113 also I enable the DMZ Host (100). I also try to open ports from 6667-7000, 1024-2000, and 2001-5000. but didn't work.
