The Linksys EtherFast Cable Modem with USB (Model: BEFCMU10) has been rated very well from a number of sites and the casing matches the Linksys EtherFast 4-Port Cable/DSL Router (Model: BEFSR41), so the two are stackable.

It is sold out on Bestbuy.com, but it may still be available at the stores. The website wouldn't allow me to check for availability at stores for pickup, but I called my area store and they still have many in stock.

Price starts at $99.99
Sale Price $94.99
-$30 MIR (Link on product's site)
-$20 MIR (")

*Must be purchased before 8-16-03 for rebates

Compares with Newegg's price of $81.

"Plug and play and you're on your way. Connect to a USB-ready PC for fast broadband Internet access, or remember your kindergarten lessons and share the speed with a LAN network via router."

*Built-in 10/100 Ethernet port; with USB connection, no Ethernet card required
*Connect to LAN with a Linksys router to share the speed with everyone on the network

I got this about a month ago. Back then, Adelphia was also having an extra $50 MIR for signing up for service with them at BB. That made it free AR (actually, I bought an open box item for 80.... so I actually made 20 bucks 🙂 ). I know the Motorola was free AR a couple of weeks ago... I don't know if it sitll is. If any of you are planning to sign up for service, might wanna wait and see if they have any new MIR's going around.
