This is great I got this nice CSR, I have no problem pricematch and use the coupon with her, she said there's alot of calls on this item, actually she said she had calls all day long on this item. Man didn't realize that many people bought the product. Total was $105 all i need to do now is print out the rebate form then I got $54 after rebate what a deal.

I called 5 times last night, and they all told me that I couldn't price match. I was going to call this morning but now I look on their page and it says $50 rebate and they dropped their price to $149.95 so get the $30 coupon brings it done to $120 and the $50 rebate brings it down to $70 not to bad but I am kinda pissed I couldn't get the pm.

I actually received mine today (overnight basically out of PA) I heard that they changed the price and sku and when you call they are reporting it out of stock...

I called staples at about 11:30 pm the other night to order the router and get the pricematch with the coupon. And the guy knew everything in advance, he even said to me "I suppose you're gonna want to use the 30 dollar coupon too." I said yep and he did all that. I thanked him for his speedyness, and he said it was like the 45th order he had taken that night for the router with pricematch and coupon, and now he was on autopilot when someone called.

Order my router yesterday at 10:30AM with PM and coupon. UPS just deliveried the router to me. How is that for speed.

Can't wait to send in for the rebate.

I just ordered and had to pricematch with Buy.com. The CSR claimed that there was a memo that went around and said that they no longer PM with Outpost.

So, my total after rebate will be approx. $63. Not great, but they charged me shipping, since Buy.com charges for shipping.

Oh well, I am still extremely pleased with the price! And I guess that's what counts...

aperry, that CSR was full of crap. I'd call back, get a different CSR and explain the situation and say that you want to PM with outpost.com and if they say they don't pricematch with them then tell them to point you to the part of their pricematch policy that states they won't pricematch with that store. It's amazing the stories I hear people tell about the things Staples CSRs will say.

I just recieved my router today 2/21 and I ordered on Monday 10/19. As of last night, it said "Processing", but it arrived early today. I hope you all get one, it was easy to set up and already an improvement over Sygate. Best of luck.

Well I just got it price matched but they are charging me $6.38 for shipping since I PMed it to Buy.com. I replied saying it ships in 3-5 days and I would just like it PMed to Outpost and they said well since we are so low after rebate we can't price match it. I asked if the Buy.com PM was still good and they said yeah so I grabed it. Maybe someone will lower their price again. I got a good deal though I think.

Yeah, I figured that she was full o' the brown stuff:frown:, so I called back just a few minutes ago, and the CSR I talked with said he had no clue where she might have heard that they don't match Outpost. A quick trip to their website, and a quick to a (what he called) a very rude Outpost CSR to verify stock, and BAM! My price went from $113.67 to $106.89!

So, a net of $56.89 after MIR (not including the stamp). Cool!
