...since the page number is included in the URL and, depending on individual users' posts per page settings, the page a particular post is on can differ. Just pointing it out, not complaining or anything.
Edit: background, if anyone's curious - you can link to a specific post in a thread by adding a "#x" to the end of the thread's URL, x being the filtmsgid number (mouseover the printer icon on an individual post to get this number). Ie. to link not just to this thread, but directly to this post, the URL would be:
http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview...hreadid=1594691&enterthread=y#18935063
It's just the page number which can throw this off.
