I thought that is going to be in the reconciliation bill that the Senate is debating now. The bill I linked is the one the President signed today.

Student loan stuff is HR 4872. Healthcare reform is in HR 3590 and HR 4872. 4872 is the reconciliation bill.

HR 3590 contains loan relief for doctors/nurses who work for 10 years in high needs areas. HR 4872 contains student loan reform that impacts everyone, it basically removes the middleman from the federal student loan program.
