I'm guessing your looking for overclock settings?
Every system is different, and you will have to find the optimal settings for your particular combination of components.
Here's some starting points you can try. Then try gradually increasing HTT
220 x 12 = 2640mhz vcore=1.55 , ram@DDR400 at 220mhz 2-3-2-7 1T, 2.85v
240 x 11 = 2640mhz vcore=1.55 , ram@DDR333 at 200mhz 2-2-2-5 1T, 2.75v HTT multi 4x
260 x 10 = 2600mhz vcore =1.55, ram@DDR333 at 216mhz 2-3-2-7 1T, 2.85v HTT multi 3x
290 x 9 = 2610mhz vcore = 1.55, ram @DDR266 at 193mhz 2-2-2-5 1T, 2.75 HTT multi 3x
As you increase HTT make sure your ram stays at 240mhz or less or use a 2T command rate over 240mhz . You should be able to get 2.7ghz pretty easily, if your lucky you may get 2.8ghz or better. And always remember CPU speed is more important than ram speed by far on A64's, never sacrifice CPU speed to get a higher ram overclock.
