Anyway, I am not ignorant and it is not an epic fail, since it is not clear from the description of the movie that the Northern Alliance fighters are doing this..
On the other hand, one of the molesters states that the practice came from Pakistan originally.

But, yes, indeed it looks like people portrayed in the movie are from the Northern Alliance.
 
Every single part of the world is different shades of fucked up. I garuntee that within two square miles of where any of you is sitting this very instant some random dude is doing something that will literally make you vomit uncontrollably.
