Linear Algebra help

I'm trying to find the minimal polynomial. The possibilities are (t-2), (t-2)^2, (t-3)^3

How do I go about testing each one of those choices to see if it's the minimal polynomial?

isn't (t-2)(t-2)^2 = (t-2)^3?
