The problem with staying "nicely plump" the way she was before is that you can't maintain that look as you age. Muscle will stay in shape, but fat doesn't hold a shape and just ends up sagging. A 16 year old who is plump will hold the fat in all the right places, but if she maintains that weight, gravity will take over and she'll be saggy. She's still a bit too young to worry about that though.
