LimeWare/Grokster P2P help and info please

Hello.
Does anyone know where i can get "clean" (no spyware) versions of LimeWare and Grokster?
Are they any good?
I am specifically looking for a P2P where I can get alot of mp3s.

LimeWire allows you to buy its Pro version for $9.50.
Either that, or you can use one of many other good and legally free Gnutella clients like Gnucleus for Windows or Qtella for Linux.
