LILO/MBR question for all you experts

I need to reinstall Windows because it has gotten so bad that UT won't run anymore. I have Mandrake installed on another hard drive and I'm using LILO to boot into both. I have a boot disk for linux and I'm thinking that I can use it after Windows formats the MBR. Can anyone confirm this so that I no longer need to worry?

I just did the same thing the other day.I would boot Linux with your floppy to make shure it works,then install windows.Then just boot Linux again and run lilo to put it back on the mbr.
