It's ALWAYS a rediculous attempt at selling some CD's and 'causing a buzz no matter who is doing it, and you're right, it does work. People like music from people they think are tough and hardcore. You metal freaks like people who look like they drive harleys and beat up old woman, or you angst ridden teens or goths always wearing black with torture devices and sh!t, and then there's rap....OH GOD IS THERE RAP. From this whole thing about 'how we be soldias' to the "battles" and the constant feuds, it is all to pump hot air into our mainstream penis. Look at what is popular.
