I think they suck, comcast bites
If I was in her situation, i would give them the finger, and just ignore the bills since its in her husband's name. What they're going to do about it? put bad credit on her dead husband? LMAO, oh well, some folks are to straight, that's a sign of weakness.

 
I have never had a problem with them - I have Comcast HSI and basic cable. Aside from the occasional outage (less than once a month) I'm perfectly happy.

Price is steep though.
 
They still owe me $252.60 I was charged for a non-standard install. One they never did, and never will since the road has no service.
 
I don't use them for my net connection, but they are my cable tv provider and I dislike them intensely. Seems like yesterday I was paying 24/mo with SBC, but since comcast took over I now pay 37/mo. Totally out of control!
