I hate to admit this but I will, years ago I had a GF that gave me an STD and they had to do the test on me. The test consists of sticking a q-tip up the hole of your penis. Once my doctor did it, it hurt, hurt bad. But you know, once it was all said and done, it was quite the experience just because of the rush of endorphins or adrenaline from the pain. I'm one to like getting tatted and pierced though.

Ok, ENJOYING a VD(?) test is really, really messed up on so many levels.

I didn't enjoy it, believe me. The initial pain was unbearable. But the aftermath of the pain was a rush. I got a huge headrush after it was done - indescribable. Once again, I'm one to enjoy the pain of tatts and piercings so unless you're a person like me, you may never understand it. I don't think I could get off on jabbing hooks through my back or chest and hanging from them but I can definitely see where the pleasure might come from.
