Hey got a question. I am wanting to build muscle(not tone just build) and am wondering if it is best to lift less weight more times or more weight less times? Like I said I am wanting to build so that I have a nice cut look. I noticed when I lift less weight more times my arms,legs,ect ace more then lifting more weight less times.
I heard useing less weight will help tone and lose weight. What do you all think?
